Planning your stay at Lake LaCroix RV Resort? Please review our cancellation, modification, and refund policies before booking. These policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining high-quality service for all guests.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  
  
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  
  
• Late check-out fee: $25.00
  If you require a late check-out, please contact the front office in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability.
  

Payment Requirements

• All reservation charges must be paid in full at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
  
  
• We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards.
  
  

How to Cancel Your Reservation

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to frontdesk@lakelacroixrv.com.
  
  
• Cancellations cannot be made by phone or in person; email is required for documentation purposes.
  

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival:
  Full refund issued to original payment method, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  (This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing costs.)
  
  
• Cancellations made between 14 and 3 days before arrival:
  The reservation deposit will be credited to your account and can be used for a future booking within one year of the cancellation date.
  
  
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival (after 2:00 PM):
  The deposit will be retained and applied to a future stay only if cancelled before 2:00 PM, three days prior to the scheduled arrival.
  (Example: For a check-in on April 10th, cancellation must be received before 2:00 PM on April 7th.)

Reservation Modifications

• Date changes may be made free of charge as long as they are requested at least 72 hours before your check-in date and time.
  

Monthly Reservation Cancellation Policy (20+ Days)

• Monthly site reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 30 days in advance.
  
  
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the full deposit. No exceptions.
  

Holiday & Special Event Policy

• For Cruising the Coast and Fourth of July reservations, we require a 30-day written cancellation notice via email.
  
  
• Cancellations received less than 30 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of deposit.
  

Weather, Early Departures & Force Majeure

• No refunds will be issued due to weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or guest eviction.
  
  
• Exceptions apply only if FEMA shuts down the resort due to a hurricane evacuation.
  
  
• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless a reservation credit is requested, which must be used within one year.
  

No-Show Policy

• Guests who fail to arrive within 24 hours of their check-in time, and do not contact the front office, will be considered a no-show.
  
  
• No-shows forfeit all deposits and remain responsible for any unpaid site balance.
  
  
• By booking, guests agree that Lake LaCroix RV Resort may charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balance due in the event of a no-show.
