Park Rules

Welcome to Lake LaCroix RV Resort! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing stay for all guests, please review the following policies and procedures. Whether you’re visiting for a night or an extended stay, we’re here to help make your experience as smooth as possible.

Check-In & Check-Out Information

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
  
  
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  
  

Please do not occupy any RV site without prior reservation or approval. For late arrivals, kindly check in at the front office the next morning.

Early Arrivals & Late Check-Outs

Guests may request early arrivals or late check-outs, subject to availability. Please speak with the front desk in advance. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs.

Wi-Fi & On-Site Amenities

• Wi-Fi access: The password and setup instructions are included in your check-in packet and are posted on our weekly activities board.
  
  
• Laundry facilities: Located in each bathhouse. Notify staff if assistance is needed. Pet beds and similar items are not permitted in washers.
  
  

Please supervise children and help maintain cleanliness in our laundry and restroom facilities.

Safety & Vehicle Regulations

Speed Limit & Parking

• Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park.
  
  
• No parking on the grass, roadsides, or in vacant RV sites.
  
  
• Please limit the number of vehicles to those that fit within your assigned space.
  
  
• All vehicles must be registered at the front office and display a vehicle tag, including those belonging to visitors.
  
  

Vehicle Washing

Washing vehicles is permitted with payment:

• Cars/Trucks: $10
  
  
• RVs: $20
  
  
• Boats under 25 ft: $5
  
  
• Boats over 25 ft: $10
  
  

Please pay in advance at the office and never leave water running.

Sewer & Waste Disposal

To protect the environment and our grounds:

• Do not discharge grey or black water onto the ground.
  
  
• All sewer hoses must be securely connected with a locking device.
  
  
• Report any spills to the office immediately.
  
  

Dispose of cigarette butts and smoking waste properly.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area and all indoor facilities, including restrooms and laundry rooms.

Golf Cart & Vehicle Policy

• Only licensed drivers aged 16 and up may operate personal golf carts.
  
  
• Rental carts require drivers to be 21+.
  
  
• A $25 flat fee applies for personal golf cart use. All personal carts must be insured.
  
  
• ATVs and four-wheelers are not permitted.
  
  

Prohibited Items & Conduct

To maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment:

• No fireworks, BB guns, slingshots, or archery without written approval.
  
  
• Profanity, aggressive language, and hostile behaviour are not tolerated.
  
  
• EV and hybrid vehicle charging is only allowed at your assigned site. Please ask the front office if you are unsure.
  
  

Campsite Etiquette

• Keep your site tidy and uncluttered.
  
  
• Clotheslines, mats on grass, and carpet coverings are not permitted.
  
  
• Canopies are welcome, but avoid using tent stakes due to underground water lines.
  
  
• Lower or remove canopies during high winds or inclement weather.
  
  

Fire & Grill Safety

• Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits or approved containers.
  
  
• Never leave a fire unattended.
  
  
• Firewood and firepit rentals are available at the office.
  
  
• Do not place grills on picnic tables—guests are responsible for any resulting damage.
  
  

Fishing at the Lake

Enjoy fishing at our private lake, no license required!
You may keep, clean, or release your catch.

Please observe the following:

• Use only the designated fish-cleaning area.
  
  
• Wrap waste in two plastic bags and dispose of it in the dumpster.
  
  
• Clean your fishing area and remove all gear, bait, and trash.
  
  
• Children must be supervised at all times.
  
  
• Non-swimmers must wear life vests when near or in the water.
  
  

Pool Rules & Hours

• Open daily: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to seasonal changes)
  
  
• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
  
  
• Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  
  
• Swim diapers are required for young children.
  
  
• No diving or running, and follow posted signs.
  
  
• Glass containers, bikes, skateboards, and pets are not permitted in the pool area.
  
  
• Remove personal belongings daily; towels and items left overnight will be removed.
  
  

Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly RV resort! Please help us ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

• Aggressive breeds are not allowed—please consult with the office if unsure.
  
  
• Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
  
  
• Do not leave pets unattended outdoors.
  
  
• Use designated pet walk areas and dog parks.
  
  
• Clean up after your pets using the waste stations provided.
  
  
• No loud or disruptive pets during quiet hours (11 PM summer / 10 PM off-season).
