Cancellation Policy

Nightly Stays: Cancellations occurring 14 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Monthly Stays, Holidays, Special Events & Rally’s: Cancellations occurring 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee and cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit their deposit..

Cancellations must be made in writing via email, or by calling the front office staff. 

Early departures, for any reason, are not eligible for refunds. A “No Show” will forfeit the full advance payment made. Special requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are at the discretion of the resort. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
